Our Commitment
At Peak Aesthetics Gymnastics, our goal is to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming environment where children can learn, move, and build confidence. Please review the following policies before enrolling your child.
Registration & Enrollment
Classes are purchased in 10-class packages.
Enrollment is subject to availability.
Please contact us if you're unsure which class is the best fit for your child.
10-Class Packages
Each package includes 10 classes in the selected program.
Classes follow the published class schedule and program calendar. Scheduled holiday and seasonal breaks do not count toward your 10-class package.
Once a package has been completed, families may purchase another 10-class package based on availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because class spots are limited, purchases are generally non-refundable once a package has been purchased. If you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.
Arrival & Pick-Up
Please arrive on time for your child's class.
Children should be supervised by a parent/guardian before and after class.
Children should be picked up promptly at the conclusion of class.
Please notify us if someone other than the parent/guardian will be picking up your child.
For Parent & Tot classes, the participating adult is responsible for supervising their child when they are not actively participating in an instructor-led activity.
What to Wear
Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move freely.
Recommended attire:
Comfortable athletic clothing
Bare feet
Hair secured away from the face
Please avoid clothing with hard buttons, buckles, zippers, or other items that could interfere with movement or equipment. Please no jewelry.
Safety
Safety is our highest priority.
Students are expected to follow coach instructions and use equipment appropriately. Coaches may modify or stop an activity when they believe it is necessary for a child's safety.
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing Peak Aesthetics Gymnastics of any condition that could affect their child's ability to safely participate.
A signed Participant Waiver & Release is required before participation.
Parent & Tot Classes
Parent & Tot classes require an adult caregiver to participate with and assist their child.
The participating adult is responsible for following the instructor's guidance and helping maintain a safe environment during class.
Photography & Video
To protect the privacy and comfort of all children and families, personal photography and video recording are not permitted during classes.
Parents and caregivers are welcome to take photos or videos of their own child before or after class, with permission from the coach and when other children are not included in the recording or when the parents of the other children agree explicitly for a particular photo.
Peak Aesthetics Gymnastics may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes only when the appropriate parent/guardian consent has been provided.
