Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer trial classes?

Yes! We encourage families to try a class before committing to a 10-class package.

Does my child need prior gymnastics experience?

No! Our classes are designed to meet children at their individual skill level. Beginners are welcome.

Does my child need to be potty trained?

For Parent and Tot classes, no. Children who are not potty trained need to have their diaper on. For Preschool level classes we ask that the parent is there to attend to the child in the bathroom if the child is not confident in his/her skills yet.

Does a parent or caregiver participate in Parent & Tot?

Yes. Parent & Tot is a shared class where a parent or caregiver participates alongside their child and helps them explore movement and gymnastics activities

Can siblings attend together?

Siblings may attend if they both meet the age requirements and are enrolled.

Please inquire about our sibling discounts.

How much do classes cost?

Classes are offered in 10-class packages. Visit our Pricing page for current package pricing.

What happens if my child misses a class?

Nothing. Come when you feel well or take a day off when needed. We will be there! Hence the 10-class packages and not monthly membership. Please send a courtesy email (if you have a moment) that you will be MIA.

Do you have holiday breaks?

Yes. Our program calendar includes scheduled holiday and seasonal breaks. These breaks do not count toward your 10-class package. Visit our Schedule page for upcoming breaks and closures.

What should my child wear to gymnastics?

Children should wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows them to move freely. Long hair should be tied back. No jewelry please.
