A local aesthetic group gymnastics club with the goal of serving West Seattle families with high quality dance and gymnastics instruction and building lifelong connections for their children through the group aspect of this sport.

Main focus is on learning how to move one’s own body in a safe and graceful manner. Later we start learning how to do it with the music and in synchrony with one’s team.

What we do:

• Provide a safe and structured environment for learning basic gymnastics, dance, and acrobatics movements

• Focus on proper technique to avoid injuries

• Make sure each child has a good time and is improving at a pace appropriate to them

• Listen closely to the parents about their concerns or feedback

What we do NOT do:

• Ask children to perform acrobatic or gymnastics elements that their body is not ready for

• Create an ultra competitive environment that is common in some gymnastics disciplines
